Windows error code 28 means you do not have drivers installed for a current or new Hardware device on your computer. This error will populate a error in exactly this format: The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)
The only recommended solution for this is to install the drivers for this device, click Update Driver. This starts the Hardware Update Wizard.
